Booking

To ensure that you are able to receive your preferred spa treatment on-time, we recommend that you book in advance. Please advise us of any health concerns, injuries or allergies that may affect your spa treatment when booking. Pregnant guests should speak to a member of our reservations team and they will advise you of suitable treatments. 

All of our treatments are suitable for both male and female guests. Please speak to a member of the team regarding your requirements and the most suitable treatments can be recommended to ensure the perfect spa visit. The minimum age for guests is 16. Guests aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and can only receive facials or nail treatments under the supervision of their parent or guardian. 

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. To amend bookings we require 24 hours' notice. A 100% charge will be incurred for spa treatments not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment time. 

Dress Code

Please bring swimwear and a £ I coin for your locker. We will provide robes, towels and refreshments. The ladies changing rooms are complete with hair dryers and straighteners. Please bring flip flops to wear in the spa area. We request that guests remove all jewellery before your spa experience.We cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses during your visit. 

During massage, wrap and scrub treatments, please wear underwear or swimwear.Your therapist can provide disposable underwear if required. Your treatment time includes consultation and aftercare. This includes time to change from swimwear into dry underwear. 

Arrival Times

We have limited car parking on-site and cannot guarantee parking. Please provide your vehicle registration no later than 48 hours before your appointment. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete a spa consultation form. Guests arriving late for spa treatments will receive a shortened treatment time and will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment. 

In the Spa

Due to the heritage of the Devonshire Spa and its Grade II* Listing, we have maintained the original marble walls and doorways and therefore there is limited soundproofing.This area is a quiet zone and to ensure a relaxing and serene environment, all guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum. 

We kindly ask all spa guests to switch off all mobile phones, pagers and other electronic equipment whilst at the Devonshire Spa. These devices should be stored in the lockers provided and are not permitted within the spa facilities.

Failure to comply with our etiquette standards could result in disturbance for other spa users and ultimately, a request to leave the spa.We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
